Job summary

RAWAJ is seeking a Field Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee field operations for Hajj activities across Holy Sites, camps, and designated areas. You will work with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient service delivery and adherence to approved standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years in operations or field operations, with experience in high-density environments and knowledge of Hajj regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, field operations, logistics or a related area.
• Experience in planning, readiness, field operations, operational support and resource management.
• Proven ability to manage operations in high-density and high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of the Holy Sites, camps, their classifications and operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field operational plans, readiness activities and resource requirements for Hajj operations.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across the Holy Sites, camps and assigned operational areas.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, logistics and operational support to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage field teams, partners and suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed operational standards and service requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality and KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Identify and manage operational risks, emergencies and field challenges, ensuring timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to address operational dependencies and maintain service continuity.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and overall field performance.
