Job summary

Digital Republic in Riyadh is seeking a Creative Strategist who can story-tell, present concepts to clients, and oversee strategy from briefing to execution. You will conduct landscape research, translate findings into actionable imperatives, and collaborate with research and client teams to shape compelling campaigns.

You will write briefs, lead sessions, and mentor others, ensuring ideas are on-brand and strategically sound across Arabic and English, while staying ahead of regional trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in creative strategy.
• Excellent storytelling with ability to lead briefs and inspire teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Experience shaping campaigns from briefing to execution.

Responsibilities

• Has the overall responsibility for writing briefs and conducting briefings on several brands and mentoring others.
• Lead creative briefings and mentor planners in the discipline.
• Leverage data and insights to craft inspiring briefs and drive creative thinking.
• Build relationships with marketing clients and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the ideation and development process to ensure on-brand strategies.
