Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Senior Manager for Cost Planning to lead cost construction budgeting and pre-contract strategies. You will oversee cost plans, benchmarks, and feasibility studies, coordinating with internal units to ensure alignment with strategic goals and stage gates.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in cost planning and GCC construction exposure, with proficiency in Cost Planning software (CostX preferred) and knowledge of IPMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant Cost Planning experience (Cost Planning, Quantity Surveying, Estimating)
• Local GCC experience in GCC construction for 2+ years (preferred)
• Expert with industry standards such as ENRM, CESSM, RIBA, POMI
• Experience on large-scale projects with construction value > 200m SAR
• Familiar with benchmarking costs and design; KSA/Middle East experience preferred
• Able to convey information; limited audience adaptation experience
• Proficient in Cost Planning Software; CostX preferable

Responsibilities

• Cost Planning: proactively plan costs, value optimization, align with budget and project goals
• Cost Consultant Management: review cost plans for accuracy and design alignment
• Standards: adhere to IPMS guidelines and Qiddiya policies and templates
• Business Units: provide internal updates on construction costs and design metrics
• Benchmarking: integrate design metrics with cost positions across project phases
• Feasibility: assess cost feasibility requirements
