JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager (EOI) to lead the commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects. The role demands a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with oversight of contract administration, procurement strategies, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to drive efficient delivery.

You will collaborate across departments, manage client and contractor relationships, and contribute to the organization's commitment to excellence and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.
• Strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies in large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
