Job summary

The Arab Lens seeks a Chief Financial Officer to provide executive leadership across finance, governance, investment planning, and business performance. The role partners with the CEO and Board to support long‑term value creation and sustainable profitability.

You will lead financial strategy, oversee reporting, risk management, capital allocation, and regulatory compliance while building high‑performing finance teams and guiding acquisitions and financing activities. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is essential.
• MBA is highly desirable.
• 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Proven executive leadership within complex organizations.
• Strong strategic and commercial capabilities.
• Excellent Board-level communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate finance and financial strategy.
• Oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Develop long-term financial plans and investment strategies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
