Job summary

Asmacs-Qatar is seeking an experienced Storekeeper in Saudi Arabia to manage and safeguard materials in a petroleum/oil and gas environment. You will maintain ERP records, issue materials via MR, and coordinate with senior staff for PR and replenishment.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Petrochemical/Chemical/Mining, and MOS-level Microsoft Office certification. On-site position with meal and accommodation benefits available.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Petrochemical, Chemical or Mining.
• MOS Expert level certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stock records in ERP, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date inventory tracking.
• Issue materials based on a MR and update the system accordingly.
• Coordinate with Senior Supervisor for making PR.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and labeling of materials.
• Collaborate with Senior Storekeeper for timely inventory replenishment.
• Issue gate pass / Packing Slip.
