Job summary

Salla is seeking a Product Manager to own search, product pages, and reviews within its regional ecommerce platform. You will work with data and AI teams to translate models into decisions that drive buyer conversions and merchant outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing the product page around buyer trust, building trusted reviews, running experiments, and continuously discovering by talking with buyers and merchants. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Product Management.
• Ownership of Search, Discovery, Product Pages, or similar experiences.
• Proven ability to drive product metrics and business outcomes.
• Hands-on with AI tools for data analysis and prototyping.
• Collaborates with Data Science and ML on Search/Ranking/Recommendation.
• Experience with User Research and experiments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Know buyers across stores and bring their voice into decisions.
• Own search, product page, and reviews end to end.
• Partner with data and AI teams on ranking and semantic search.
• Design product page to aid buyer trust and conversion.
• Build reviews that buyers trust, even with few reviews.
• Run safe, staged rollouts and experiments.
• Conduct continuous discovery with buyers and merchants.
• Define metrics and base decisions on evidence.
