Job description
Daily Store Operations Management:
  • Ensure store opening and closing activities are executed according to company schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, visual presentation, product display, and staff grooming.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, labelling, and promotional signage at all times, especially during seasonal campaigns.
  • Supervise receipt of goods, stock arrangement, barcode availability, and proper shelving of all items.
  • Ensure compliance with operational checklists, SOPs, and security procedures.
Sales Performance & Business Results:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and team leadership.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, average transaction value, and KPIs.
  • Track commissions, incentives, and individual staff performance.
  • Prepare monthly store performance evaluation reports highlighting gaps, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
Team & HR Management:
  • Ensure staff compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and work regulations.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters, attendance schedules, and leave plans in coordination with HR.
  • Train employees on POS systems, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Manage HR‑related matters including leave requests, transfers, recruitment support, warnings, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, feedback, and development support.
  • Arrange coverage during staff absences, weekly offs, or peak business periods.
Customer Service & Brand Experience:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with KAHRA’s luxury retail standards.
  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
  • Coordinate with Customer Relations and Head Office for complaint resolution and service improvements.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Reporting & Financial Control:
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports including sales, damages, incidents, and maintenance issues.
  • Ensure daily cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and sales documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Follow finance procedures for cash handling, refunds, and discounts.
  • Support audits and internal controls as required.
Inventory & Asset Management:
  • Conduct and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts.
  • Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of fixed assets, equipment, and store fixtures.
  • Coordinate store and equipment maintenance with Operations and Maintenance Managers.
  • Follow up on watch, jewellery, or equipment servicing where applicable.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail or store management, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
  • Experience managing sales targets, inventory, and staff teams.
