Job summary

You will oversee inventory control of china, glassware, linen and silver, ensure equipment maintenance, set and enforce sanitation standards, manage department costs, and lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team to ensure guest and colleague wellbeing in a fast paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or University Degree
• X years of experience in hotel management
• License or Certification
• Languages

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control of china, glassware, linen and silver, ensuring availability for operations
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and optimal functionality of food service equipment
• Set and enforce sanitation standards to meet highest hygiene and safety regulations
• Optimize department costs while maintaining quality standards
• Inspire, recruit, train, supervise, coach and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities
