Job summary

ابتسامه النجوم لطب الاسنان is seeking a Sterilization Technician to join our team and uphold the highest standards of sterilization and infection control. You will clean, sterilize, operate devices, monitor cycles, document them, inspect and package instruments, manage inventory, and keep the sterilization area orderly and compliant with safety policies.

This role requires accuracy, commitment to quality, and the ability to work within a team to support patient care and infection prevention

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in sterilization technology or related specialization.
• Prior experience in sterilization or healthcare facilities preferred.
• Good knowledge of infection control and medical sterilization procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare medical tools and equipment according to approved procedures.
• Operate sterilization devices, monitor sterilization cycles, and document them.
• Sort, inspect, package, and store instruments using the correct method.
• Comply with infection control and occupational safety policies.
• Monitor the inventory of sterilization materials and supplies and report needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sterilization area.
• Prepare records and reports related to sterilization processes.
