Soundlines Consultancy seeks experienced Steel Tube Mill Operators for Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have hands-on experience in operating steel tube or pipe mills, machine setup, roll tooling, HF welding, and tube sizing operations.

Ideal candidates have 23 years of relevant experience, can monitor and adjust machine parameters, and are willing to work under Saudi Arabia's conditions. Immediate joiners preferred; salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in steel tube or pipe mill operations.
• Hands-on experience in machine setup, roll tooling, HF welding, and tube sizing.
• Ability to monitor and adjust machine operating parameters.
• Willingness to work under Saudi Arabia's working conditions.

Responsabilités

• Set up and adjust tube mill machines, roll tooling, mandrels, arbors, and sizing dies according to pipe dimensions and wall thickness.
• Handle steel coil loading, uncoiling, and feeding of steel strips into the mill.
• Perform coil-end joining using flash or TIG butt-welding systems for continuous production.
• Operate and monitor high-frequency (HF) induction/resistance welding systems and adjust welding parameters.
• Manage inline processing equipment, including seam bead trimmers, sizing and straightening stands, and flying cut-off saws.
• Monitor machine speed, coolant flow, and motor loads to maintain smooth production and prevent material jamming or strip buckling.
• Ensure accurate tube dimensions, proper weld seam fusion, and required product quality.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or production manager

Preferred candidate profile

We are hiring experienced Steel Tube Mill Operators for Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have hands‑on experience in operating steel tube or pipe manufacturing mills, machine setup, roll tooling, high-frequency (HF) welding, and tube sizing operations.

• 23 years of relevant experience in steel tube or pipe mill operations.
• Practical knowledge of machine setup, roll tooling, HF welding, and tube sizing.
• Ability to monitor and adjust machine operating parameters.
• Willingness to work under Saudi Arabia's working conditions.
• Must be flexible regarding job location within Saudi Arabia.
• Must be willing to perform duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
