Parsons is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Coordinator (Saudi National) in Riyadh to manage diverse stakeholder relationships for transportation projects. You will coordinate activities, host public consultations, and align stakeholder expectations with project timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong communication in Arabic and English, plus a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of stakeholder management experience with public engagement.
• Proven track record coordinating stakeholders for complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies including public consultations and workshops.
• Prepare and disseminate project updates, reports, and materials for transparency.
• Identify stakeholder issues early and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with project managers to align expectations with timelines and budgets.
• Monitor stakeholder engagement metrics and provide insights for project adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with public engagement regulations for transportation projects.

You will oversee and manage stakeholder relationships for a wide range of projects, ensuring effective communication, public engagement, and alignment with project goals to facilitate smooth implementation and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, contractors, and internal teams, to coordinate project activities and address concerns.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, including public consultations, workshops, and information sessions to build support and gather feedback on transportation initiatives.
• Manage communication channels, preparing and disseminating project updates, reports, and materials to ensure transparency and timely information flow.
• Identify potential stakeholder issues or conflicts early, developing mitigation plans and facilitating resolutions to minimize project disruptions.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to align stakeholder expectations with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement metrics, including feedback analysis and satisfaction levels, to inform project adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for public engagement in transportation projects.
• Support change management efforts by communicating project impacts and benefits to affected parties.
• Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and response materials for stakeholder meetings and public forums.
• Maintain comprehensive records of stakeholder interactions, agreements, and communications for project documentation and audits.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum +6 years of experience in stakeholder management, with expertise in public engagement and communication management.
• Proven track record in coordinating stakeholders for complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in developing engagement materials and facilitating public meetings.
• Proficiency in project management tools and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration software).
• Ability to analyze stakeholder feedback and translate it into actionable insights for project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
