Job summary

V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants Co. seeks an experienced Construction Methodology Master with a strong background in major stadium works, including steel, façades, roofing, and MEP/ELV integration. You will lead QA/QC, review WIRs/NCRs, and ensure strict adherence to the project QMS.

You will rigorously monitor contractor schedules, identify critical path slippages, and coordinate temporary works and lifting plans. Arabic is advantageous in addition to English for stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; professional certification (PMP/CIOB) desirable.
• 10+ years in construction with large-scale projects; stadiums/arenas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ITPs, WIRs/NCRs and site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of construction methodology for complex stadium works and MEP/ELV integration.
• Lead QA/QC and enforce QMS, review WIRs and NCRs.
• Oversee Contractor schedules, identify critical path slippage and delays impact.
• Provide temporary works design, safety compliance, and lifting plans.
• Ensure local code compliance with SBC, Civil Defense and approvals.
• Interpret major contract forms (FIDIC) and manage time/defect liability implications.
• Communicate effectively with Client, Contractor, Design Consultant and authorities.
• Champion safety, implement HSE plan and document incidents.
• Lead on-site supervision team to conform to IFC drawings and specs.
