V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants Co. seeks an experienced Civil/Structural Site Supervision Consultant to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and project specs.

You will manage non-conformances, coordinate with contractors, and support final handover with thorough documentation. Applicants should have 5–7 years in CSC roles, expertise in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and field experience with high-end projects, plus fluent English and NEBOSH/IOSH awareness

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in a Construction Supervision Consultancy (CSC) role on site.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, finishing works, façade systems, high-end commercial/residential projects, and submittal reviews within engineering consultancy firms.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and monitor site activities daily for compliance with drawings, specs and safety standards.
• Execute inspection duties and verify installations/materials match submittals and method statements.
• Coordinate work sequences with contractors to ensure smooth workflow and avoid conflicts.
