You will establish controls, baselines, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The role requires 7+ years in project controls or PMO, a degree in engineering/management, and certifications such as PMP or PMI-SP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, project management, PMO, or related disciplines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control frameworks, procedures, and standards.
• Establish project baselines for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables; identify variances and actions.
