Job summary

alfanar is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product, material, and process quality through inspections, audits, and tests. You will identify defects, ensure standards compliance, and mentor junior inspectors while contributing to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include drawing conformity, inspection execution with consultants/clients, driving continuous improvements, documenting findings, and ensuring only approved materials are used.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection within manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of industry standards and testing methods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draw conformity: ensure dimensions and embedments follow specifications.
• Inspection compliance: perform required inspections and represent department in joint inspections.
• Contribute to continuous improvements: enhance processes and conduct RCA for NCRs.
• Documentation: report non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• General responsibilities: communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.

Job Purpose

Ensure the quality of products, materials, and processes by conducting inspections, audits, and tests. Identifying defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. Mentoring junior inspectors and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Functional Responsibilities

Drawing Conformity:

• Ensure that all dimensions and embedment’s are followed.
• Communicatewith designers for clarity on any conflicts.

Inspection Compliance:

• Executethe required inspection.
• Representthe department for joint inspection with consultant, clients etc.

Contribute to Continuous Improvements:

• Enhance process to improve efficiency.
• ConductRCA for all NCR’s.
• Monitor implementation of CAR’s.
• Make sure that only approved materials are utilized.
• Clarify any project arrangements that requires to be executed.
• Raised any quality concerns that will be encounter to avoid repetition.

Documentation:

• Reportany non-conformity and observation including the required RCA.
• Followthe required corrective action needed for implementations.

General Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

• Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
• Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.

Problem-Solving:

• Assist to solve any related issues arise and escal any complex operational problems.
