Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee mechanical engineering activities for MEP construction projects, ensuring compliance with design intent, specifications, and schedules
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems execution from installation through testing and commissioning
• Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals
• Coordinate closely with electrical, plumbing, civil, and architectural teams to resolve design and site coordination issues
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to site engineers and subcontractor teams
• Monitor project progress, support planning and resource allocation, and assist in resolving technical and execution challenges
• Ensure compliance with applicable mechanical codes, standards, and client requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering within MEP contracting projects
