Responsibilities and Demands

• Minimum 12 to 15 years relevant Middle East experience in Mechanical Design of big infrastructure projects, high rise structures, Resort Mixed-Use with minimum 12 years in comparable Elderly Mechanical (HVAC, Pipes & Fire Battling) Site & Layout Engineer setting.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Celebrity Resort Projects in KSA
• Need to have both Design Consulting & Acquiring market experience

• Capability to commute/relocate: Workplace Location - Site: Near to Holy Mosque, Capital. Prefers Candidates who are currently situated in KSA
• Wage: SAR10,000.00 - SAR15,000.00 each month (all inclusive)
• Pay: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 each month

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Similar (Needed)
• Minimum Experience: 12 years (Needed)
• Minimum 10 years functioning as Electric Site/Design Designer
• Experience: fire engineering, heating and cooling and also plumbing: 5 years (Needed)
• Design Consultancy: 5 years (Preferred)
• Construction Website Supervision: 5 years (Required)
