The MENA Grocery team (UFG) is offering a role to own building new business from ground zero. We are seeking a self-starter who can quickly familiarize themselves with this fast-paced environment, build relationships/trust with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership within the program which will require understanding of complex business/Tech/Ops processes at Amazon and our partners and devising an optimal engagement model. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent and good document writing skills with concise communication are essential to success in this role.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own storefront marketing and in-store customer experience end-to-end, with responsibility for outbound customer communications and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. This role is accountable for driving customer engagement, conversion, and frequency through high-quality creative execution across digital and physical touchpoints. This role requires a high bar for creative quality, strong execution discipline, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver measurable customer impact.
A day in the life
You will participate in cross-functional meetings with commercial teams; work in partnership with commercial teams to accelerate their categories and drive discoverability of recently added products. Oversee and guide interns on their tasks and help on their career development. Brainstorm new campaign strategies with cross-functional teams, run experiments and analyze results. Work on merchandising strategies for upcoming events and manage all teams involved. Review performance metrics and customer engagement data, generating insights for new experiments and commercial teams. Lead creative concepting and mock development for storefront, outbound, and OOH campaigns.

– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
– Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
– Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
– Knowledge of SQL at the intermediate level
