Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Director of Sports Medicine Development and Activation to lead the strategic design and delivery of a comprehensive sports-medicine portfolio. You will shape clinical care, rehabilitation, athlete health and performance, and steer partnerships, budgets and governance to align with QHC mandate and Vision 2030.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in sports medicine, performance health, rehabilitation or healthcare operations with leadership responsibility.
Experience establishing or developing sports-medicine services, centres of excellence or high-performance programmes.
Experience in service-model design, capability definition and multidisciplinary sports-medicine environments.
Knowledge of international best practice and context within Saudi Vision 2030.

Responsibilities

Lead development of an integrated clinical, rehabilitation, athlete-health and performance service portfolio.
Define service scope, pathways, governance and outcomes for the programme.
Coordinate partnerships, procurement and workforce planning for activation.
Oversee design reviews, clinical standards and performance governance.
