JOB OVERVIEW

A Spa Attendant ensures a clean, comfortable, and welcoming spa environment by managing cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting guests with robes and directions, handling basic inquiries/bookings, and supporting therapists and reception; key duties include maintaining locker rooms, laundry, and guest orientation, requiring excellent customer service, multitasking, and stamina for a fast-paced setting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Services: Greet guests, offer refreshments, provide spa tours, answer questions, andassistwith changing into robes.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep all spa areas (locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms) spotless, including floors, mirrors, and furniture; manage laundry.

Operations Support: Restock towels, water, amenities, and retail products; coordinate with the spa team for smooth daily operations.

Administrative Tasks: Handle basic phone inquiries, manage simple bookings or rescheduling, and process payments.

Inventory:Assistwith stock control for linens, consumables, and retail items.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
