Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in technical solutions, with strong documentation and communication skills. English proficiency is Intermediate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical solutions, systems integration, or support roles.
• Good understanding of system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency level: Intermediate.
