At MoneyHash, the Customer Solutions & Delivery team is the face of our product for our merchants. Our mission is to:
Design and deliver customized, forward-thinking solutions that address complex payment needs and merchant pain points
Provide a seamless onboarding experience that sets our customers up for long-term success
Continuously improve payment performance and uncover growth opportunities through data-driven insights
Stay ahead of fintech trends to help our customers scale faster and smarter
You'll be joining a team of sharp, ambitious individuals who care deeply about customer impact. As a Solution Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the merchant experience to drive success.
Design the end-to-end payments journey for each merchant, from current-state analysis to future-state architecture, often involving complex third-party integrations
Lead strategy sessions with customers to understand their business objectives and recommend scalable, efficient solutions
Own the technical integration process—from API and SDK testing to guiding merchants through onboarding and implementation best practices
Advise merchants on optimizing their payment stack—covering areas like checkout UX, authentication, payment flows, and payouts
Create and maintain technical docs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
Build or recommend tooling to improve and scale the integration process
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth merchant experience and surface product feedback
Travel to customer sites when needed for hands-on technical support and implementation
Have 5+ years of experience leading technical implementations with APIs and SDKs
Have a background in fintech, especially payments
Have a strong grasp of complex API architectures and have developed applications
Can confidently break down complex integration challenges and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Have a strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes and business value for customers
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders and frontline teams
Know how to run effective customer meetings and discovery workshops
Are organized, able to manage multiple merchants at once, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Are fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)
