Job summary

Manpower Resources India (P) ltd invites applications for a Shift Incharge (AM/DM) - Mechanical Maintenance Planning in the Steel Melting Shop, Saudi Arabia. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities on EAF and related equipment, ensuring high plant availability and adherence to SAP HANA records.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years of SMS/EAF maintenance experience, and hands-on ability to drive preventive maintenance, RCA, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant SMS/EAF maintenance experience.
• Experience with SAP HANA for PR, WO, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift mechanical maintenance for SMS equipment (EAF, LRF, VD/VOD, CCM).
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance; coordinate shutdowns with production.
• Create and manage Work Orders in SAP HANA; track status and costs.
• Lead RCA for major breakdowns; document CAPA actions in SAP HANA.
