Job summary

Visible Stars Company is seeking an experienced SME Expert Technical Digital with deep domain knowledge in SME Banking, POS, Trade Finance, Payments and Digital Banking. You will translate business requirements into functional and technical specs and support digital banking solutions for SME customers.

The role requires strong SME banking experience and hands-on knowledge of POS, merchant acquiring, payments, and digital channels, with a track record in banking transformation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Banking / FinTech.
• Strong SME Banking / Commercial Banking knowledge.
• Hands-on knowledge of POS / Merchant Acquiring / Payments.
• Experience with Digital Banking / Digital Transformation.
• Experience as Business Analyst/PO/PM in banking.
• Knowledge of banking apps, APIs, integrations and digital channels.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional specs and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME Banking domain expertise across products and services.
• Define requirements and functional specs for SME banking initiatives.
• Guide POS, merchant acquiring, and payment solutions integration.

We are looking for an experienced strong SME Expert Technical Digital strong with strong domain knowledge in strong SME Banking products Point of Sale POS Trade Finance Payments and Digital Banking strong The successful candidate will work closely with business product technology and project teams to provide SME-domain expertise translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements and support the design and implementation of digital banking solutions for SME customers The candidate should have a strong understanding of strong SME banking products and processes strong with particular expertise in strong POS merchant services Trade Finance products SME financing business banking and digital channels strong

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SME Banking Domain ExpertiseProvide subject matter expertise across strong SME Banking products and services strong Understand SME customer journeys business processes product lifecycle and operational requirements Provide domain guidance for SME banking transformation and digital initiatives Analyze existing SME banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation Work with business stakeholders to define product requirements and functional specifications POS Merchant ServicesProvide strong domain knowledge of strong Point of Sale POS and merchant acquiring strong products Understand POS transaction processing merchant onboarding settlement reconciliation refunds and transaction lifecycle Support integration of POS and payment services with banking platforms Understand payment gateways merchant services card payments and related digital payment solutions Work with technology teams to define POS-related functional and integration requirements Trade Finance ProductsProvide domain expertise in strong Trade Finance and Trade Products strong Strong understanding of strong Letter of Credit LC Letter of Guarantee LG Documentary Collections Import Export Finance strong and related products Analyze trade-finance business processes and translate them into digital technical requirements Support integration of Trade Finance products with core banking and digital banking platforms Work with business and technology teams to improve trade-product workflows and customer journeys SME Product KnowledgeStrong understanding of strong SME lending and financing products strong Knowledge of working capital finance business loans credit facilities and SME account products Understand SME onboarding KYC credit assessment approval disbursement repayment and servicing processes Provide product expertise across SME current accounts payments cash management cards financing and digital services 7+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services / FinTech.Strong experience in SME Banking / Business Banking / Commercial Banking.Strong domain knowledge of SME products.Hands-on knowledge of POS / Merchant Acquiring / Payments.Strong understanding of Trade Finance / Trade Products.Experience with Digital Banking / Digital Transformation initiatives.Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, SME, or Functional Consultant in banking.Good understanding of banking applications, APIs, integrations, and digital channels.Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional specifications, and UAT.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
