Job summary

The Parking Engineer at JASARA PMC will oversee planning, design, operation and management of parking facilities and related traffic systems to maximize space efficiency and user experience. You will collaborate with urban planners, engineers and stakeholders to analyze demand, develop policies, and contribute to smart mobility initiatives including EV charging and public transport integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Professional Engineering registration or certification is an advantage.
• Specialized training in parking management, transportation planning, or mobility solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop parking strategies and solutions for various developments.
• Design parking layouts, circulation routes, access points, and wayfinding systems.
• Conduct parking demand assessments and capacity analysis.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with parking standards and regulations.
• Evaluate accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities.
• Analyze vehicle flow and circulation within parking facilities.
• Develop traffic management plans to minimize congestion and improve safety.
• Coordinate parking operations with mobility initiatives.
• Support implementation of sustainable mobility, including EV charging infrastructure.
• Analyze parking data and generate performance reports.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
