Job summary

You will read and interpret blueprints, measure precisely, cut and assemble wood, and install windows, doors, stairs, and cabinets. Power saws will be used; all work must comply with safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a carpenter.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with basic carpentry tools.
• Good measurements, calculations, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit to stand long periods and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Construct wooden structures per architects' specifications.
• Calculate measurements and cut wood for frames and components using power saws.
• Assemble wood pieces with glue, screws, or nails.
• Install windows, doors, stairs, and cabinets.
• Finish carpentry with sanding or veneers.
• Maintain tools and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols on site.
