Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a site-office role in Riyadh to support a newly awarded masterplan development in Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time, focusing on cost management, measurement, and contract review.

The successful candidate will prepare payment applications, measurements, and reports on project costs, review contract documentation against cost requirements, and contribute to claims and variations negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost-control tools.

Responsibilities

• Measure completed work and prepare bills of quantities when changes or additional work are required.
• Assess claims and variations and engage in commercial negotiations.
• Monitor financial performance and report deviations from expected costs; review contractors' invoices.
• Assist with administering the contract.
