Job summary

AtkinsRéalis's team in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a large-scale masterplan development project. You will manage cost controls, prepare BOQs, and support commercial negotiations to ensure compliance with FIDIC-based contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of QS experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, and strong analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ QS experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
