Job summary

Midis Group is seeking a Site Project Engineer to manage engineering construction projects on site and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. You will supervise staff, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with the direct manager to meet project objectives.

Key duties include formulating parameters, allocating resources, preparing schedules, monitoring progress, maintaining safety, and documenting site activities to preserve profitability and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with project management and site supervision.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare schedule coordinate and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets schedules plans and performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
• Create a framework to measure the project’s metrics and data collection while recommending improvements.
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with practices, policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measures.
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost in coordination with the direct manager.
