Job summary

Mohammed Mansour Al-Rumaih (MMR KSA) is seeking a Site Project Engineer to manage engineering construction projects on site and ensure timely, within-budget delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate resources, and report progress to the direct manager while enforcing safety and quality standards across project activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with on-site leadership and strong coordination skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects on site
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans and performance of site projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project’s profitability
• Create a framework to measure the project’s metrics and data collection while recommending improvements
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks and ensure the project’s compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards and specifications
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measures
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost in coordination with the direct manager

Job Scope

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for managing, engineering construction projects and ensuring the proper implementation of project deliverables. S/He supervises and provides technical advice to the staff on site to complete the project on time and within budget.
