Job summary

Nesma & Partners is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all activities at the worksite, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to the specified quality. You will lead site teams, manage resources, and liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to keep everyone aligned with the project plan.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with drawings and codes, and implementing QA/QC and HSSE practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
• 0-4 years’ EPC-related experience.
• Experience in EPC Industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects at the worksite, ensuring safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs and building codes.
• Manage procurement, materials and site documentation.
• Uphold HSSE standards and conduct safety briefings.
