Hitachi Energy seeks a Site HSE Manager for our HVDC project site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee health, safety and environmental compliance, coach the project team, and ensure safe delivery of mega-projects in alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Site Manager and Regional HSE Manager APAC/MENA, you will develop HSE plans, conduct investigations, drive adherence to ISO 45001, and lead campaigns like toolbox talks to embed a strong safety culture onsite.

As the Site HSE Manager you will be responsible for all matters pertaining to Health, Safety, and the Environment with respect to regulatory, company, and client requirements. You will be advising, coaching, and supporting the project team in the safe delivery of HVDC mega-projects.
The Site HSE Manager will report operationally to the Site Manager and functionally to the Regional HSE Manager for APAC/MENA. This role will be site-based.
