Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Supervising Engineer to oversee on-site engineering and construction activities, ensuring work adheres to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, and maintain comprehensive project records.

You will review progress, manage risks, support budgeting and scheduling, and enforce HSE policies while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant engineering and site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and Revit knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor contractors' performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Review and approve work progress, inspections, and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress, delays, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project records.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
