Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Site Engineer to join our Projects Department to support on-site construction activities, monitor progress, ensure quality, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will read and interpret drawings, supervise concrete works, and prepare periodic progress reports while collaborating with the Construction Manager to plan construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Implement site works per approved drawings and design requirements.
• Supervise concrete works with quality control and coordination with suppliers/contractors.
• Conduct daily inspections with QC team and consultants to identify deviations and resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports outlining milestones, challenges, and overall status.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager to plan construction phases.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and inventory management.
