Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a Site Engineer in Saudi Arabia to plan, design, and oversee civil works from earthworks through utilities. The role requires knowledge of site development, safety protocols, and military housing standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
8 years of civil/site engineering experience, preferably in military/government housing projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Review and interpret project drawings, specifications and design documents.
Supervise and inspect civil works on-site including grading, drainage and utilities.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations and military standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP and architectural teams for integrated site execution.
Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor daily site operations and report progress to Project Manager.
Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and material usage.
