Overview

We are urgently hiring an experienced Site Coordinator for an oil & gas shutdown / maintenance project. The role involves coordinating and monitoring day-to-day site and shutdown activities to ensure smooth execution of work in line with approved schedules, safety requirements, and project objectives.

The Site Coordinator will act as the central point of communication between site teams, supervisors, contractors, and management. The role supports planning, logistics, manpower coordination, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure shutdown activities are executed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site and shutdown activities to ensure alignment with approved schedules, safety requirements, and project objectives.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between site teams, supervisors, contractors, and management; support planning, logistics, manpower coordination, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure shutdown activities are executed efficiently and on time.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: SAR 3,000 + FAT
  • Duty Hours: 12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week
  • Employment Type: Work Visit Visa
  • Project Type: Oil & Gas Shutdown / Maintenance
  • Contract Duration: One Month
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in site coordination
  • Experience in shutdown, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects
  • Good understanding of shutdown execution, site logistics, and PTW systems
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prepare daily progress, manpower, and site reports
