Job summary

Waad Education Company in Jeddah is seeking a compassionate Shadow Teacher to join our SEN Department, providing individualized support to students with special educational needs and helping them engage in class.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers and parents, implement educational strategies, monitor progress, and promote an inclusive and safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Experience with students with special educational needs is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist students with classroom participation and integration.
• Implement recommended educational, behavioral, and learning strategies.
• Support students in developing academic, social, and communication skills.
• Monitor and document student progress and provide feedback to the SEN team.
