Job summary

Waad Education in Jeddah is seeking a compassionate Shadow Teacher to support students with special educational needs in the classroom. The role focuses on helping students engage, participate, and integrate into daily learning activities.

You will collaborate with teachers, SEN specialists, and families to implement educational and behavioral strategies, monitor progress, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
