Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to join our expert team. The consultant will implement and support ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, optimizing portfolio, program, and project management processes for our clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into effective technical configurations, provide training, and stay current with ServiceNow best practices to continuously improve client

Qualifications

3–5 years of ServiceNow experience focusing on SPM modules.
Proficient in ServiceNow SPM configuration, customization, and administration.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS in ServiceNow.
Experience with workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
Ability to translate business needs into technical ServiceNow solutions.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist - SPM) preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations related to SPM.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for SPM modules.
Conduct testing: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Document technical specifications and user guides.
Stay up to date with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions.
