Job summary

Ameera Talent Solutions is hiring two ServiceNow Developers in Riyadh who specialise in CMDB and Service Mapping. The focus is on improving enterprise configuration data and mapping application services to provide clearer visibility across IT infrastructure.

You will develop, configure and improve CMDB/Service Mapping, implement discovery patterns, and collaborate with MID Server connectivity. Strong hands-on CMDB experience and Service Mapping knowledge are essential, with CSA/CIS

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB implementation and development experience.
• Practical experience with Service Mapping and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Understanding of configuration items, service relationships and CMDB governance.
• Familiarity with MID Servers, identification and reconciliation.
• Understanding of CSDM principles and CMDB Health.
• Ability to diagnose data quality, Discovery and Service Mapping issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and improve ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping capabilities.

• Configure CI classes, relationships and service data structures.
• Build and maintain service maps showing how applications and infrastructure depend on each other.

• Write scripts, integrations and automation to improve CMDB accuracy and completeness.
• Work with infrastructure, operations and architecture teams.
