Job description

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality research projects, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting client needs with strong analytical and storytelling capabilities.

As a Senior Executive, you will work closely with managers to execute end‑to‑end projects, manage day‑to‑day operations, and contribute to impactful insights for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence – Project & Client Management
  • Deliver assigned projects on time and with exceptional quality.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and compliance with NIQ’s research processes and workflows.
  • Support the manager in daily project execution including questionnaire design, link testing, analysis planning, report writing, and charting.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams such as data processing, field/data collection, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all materials before sharing with operational or support teams.
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and data issues to managers and clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
2. Analytical & Reporting Skills
  • Develop analysis plans and reporting frameworks.
  • Brief tabulation teams on project requirements clearly and effectively.
  • Review data tables, charts, and deliverables to identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Draft client‑ready reports, insights, and commentaries with strong narrative flow.
  • Visualize data in a meaningful way that supports storytelling and client decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the Market Research industry (preferred) or other relevant industry
  • Strong/good competency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • Strong communication and visualization skills; interest in storytelling techniques
  • High level of client‑service skills and understanding of marketing strategies
  • Business acumen and good understanding of Telecom markets
