Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Workability Specialist to enhance asset availability for the RSAF fleet under the SSS Ph4 contract. The role involves coordinating with RSAF, MODSAP and Typhoon programme teams to deliver tactical mitigations and sustain aircraft readiness.

You will support the Workability Team Leader, drive continuous improvement across maintenance and engineering activities, and report on performance indicators to multiple stakeholders, including government

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aircraft engineering and maintenance standards.
• Experience in fast jet operations support.
• Experience with RSAF and/or RAF.
• Experience in project managing continuous improvement in Aerospace.
• Knowledge of BAES Saudi Arabia and Salam programme.

Responsibilities

• Support Workability Team Leader to optimise RSAF fleet asset availability.
• Identify, develop and manage tactical solutions to reduce asset criticality and preserve availability.
• Compliance to local SHE plans and reporting of hazardous occurrences.
• Build and maintain relationships with RSAF Customer, MODSAP, PC teams and Typhoon programme personnel.
• Provide frequent reporting to support findings, status, achievements and performance indicators.
• Provide support for Taif Operational & Management Reviews.
• Support Engineering and Life Cycle Management activities including engineering change and Learning from Experience.
