Confidential Government is seeking an experienced electrical infrastructure Owner’s Representative to lead delivery for a massive masterplan development, supervising through the PMO/PMC and Supervision Consultant. The role focuses on MV/LV networks, substations, street lighting, and residential connections across a 4 million m² area with 8,000 units.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in electrical infrastructure and major development projects.
• Strong preference for SEC experience in Distribution Operations, Customer / New Service Connections, Distribution Planning, Network Projects.
• Experience with residential connections, service energization, meter installations, distribution extensions, and MV/LV coordination.
• PMI PMP and Primavera P6 certifications are preferred; Master’s in engineering management or construction management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise electrical infrastructure works through consultants and contractors.
• Review electrical designs and coordinate design requirements.
• Oversee MV/LV distribution networks, substations, street lighting, and utility infrastructure.
• Coordinate residential connections, new service connections, meter installations, network extensions, and energization.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, schedule, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with authorities and utility providers.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, energization, handover, and closeout activities.
• Manage technical issues, risks, claims, and contractor performance.
