Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh invites a seasoned Discipline Manager - Water Features to drive planning, design, coordination, and delivery of water feature systems across hospitality, landscape, and large-scale developments. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and champion innovative, sustainable solutions.

The role requires strong hydraulics knowledge, pumps, water treatment, and BIM proficiency, with PE/CEng or PMP as an advantage for further career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
10–15 years in water feature design and delivery; leadership experience.
Experience on hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

Lead water features discipline across projects and design stages.
Oversee fountain, ponds, waterfalls, and aquatic systems design.
Ensure compliance with codes, safety, environmental standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and designers.
