Job summary

VML, part of WPP, seeks a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our Customer Experience team in an embedded capacity with a leading Saudi Arabia bank. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of product thinking and visual craft, shaping what gets built and how it looks and feels.

You’ll work in Riyadh with the client’s product and design teams while remaining a valued member of the VML agency, benefiting from our development and mentorship structures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in UX and product design with a portfolio showing product thinking and visual design.
• Experience in enterprise or corporate product environments.
• Proficient in applying an established design system and flagging gaps.
• Experience with user research and qualitative methods.
• Ability to contribute at discovery and execution stages, with strong Figma skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape digital banking products with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI aligned to the design system.
• Work within the existing design system, ensure visual consistency, and flag gaps.
• Translate requirements into design solutions balancing user needs with constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and contribute to sprint cycles.
• Communicate design decisions clearly with evidence and rationale.
• Handle multiple product areas, manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in department meetings and support CX team culture and knowledge sharing.
