Job summary

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to join our Customer Experience team in Riyadh, embedded with a leading Saudi bank. You’ll own the visual layer of a sophisticated, enterprise-scale design system, delivering high-fidelity UI across mobile and web banking products, collaborating with UX, product managers and engineers.

Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate, you will spend normal working hours in the office, speak Arabic natively, and contribute to a mature design

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UI and visual design with a portfolio demonstrating craft, typography, and attention to detail.
• Experience within enterprise-scale design systems, applying and contributing to their growth.
• Experience designing for large-scale digital products, balancing consistency with new challenges.
• Strong command of Figma, including component architecture, auto-layout, variables, and design token conventions.
• Ability to translate wireframes into production-ready visual designs and elevate concepts.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-fidelity UI designs across digital banking products and features.
• Work within an enterprise-scale design system, maintaining visual consistency and contributing to its evolution.
• Translate wireframes, flows, and product requirements into polished, production-ready visuals.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and front-end engineers to implement designs as intended.
• Provide visual design QA at key development stages and address issues with clarity.
