Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience across tenancy design management, retail design coordination, tenant integration, or large-scale retail environments.
• Experience operating within complex multi-stakeholder development and operational environments.
• Experience supporting development integration, tenant onboarding, concept design, detailed design coordination, and operational delivery.
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant design integration, retail positioning, customer experience principles, and experiential retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide tenancy design coordination across assigned retail districts.
• Manage tenant integration activities between design proposals, landlord requirements, and customer experience expectations.
• Oversee compliance with tenancy design standards, guidance, and lease-to-trade practices.
• Coordinate landlord and tenant design interfaces, onboarding, and opening readiness activities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and readiness milestones across districts.
