WSP in the Middle East seeks a Senior/Technical Director to lead the Mission Critical Sector with a primary focus on data centres, shaping regional vision and strategy across sub-sectors.

You will drive growth, nurture strategic client relationships, and deliver high‑quality consulting and engineering services, ensuring resilience, uptime and efficiency for critical facilities in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mission‑critical/data centre projects, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP/HVAC, electrical redundancy, and uptime standards.
• Experience with Middle East regulatory frameworks (KSA/UAE).
• Proven track record in business development and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define regional strategy for mission‑critical data centres and sub‑sectors.
• Lead cross‑practice collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive growth and expand WSP’s market presence in the Middle East.
• Ensure client satisfaction and deliver high‑quality consulting services.
• Oversee P&L performance and resource optimization.
