Job summary

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own and evolve our Microsoft identity and messaging infrastructure in Riyadh. You will administer Active Directory, ADFS, Entra ID, Exchange and DNS, ensure security and documentation, and collaborate across security, network and helpdesk teams.

You will participate in upgrades, migrations, and on-call rotations, bringing 8+ years of hands-on experience and fluency in Arabic and English to a dynamic hybrid IT environment in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, ADFS, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Server/Online, and DNS.
• Solid Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Native Arabic and advanced English communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimize Active Directory, including OU structure, GPOs, replication and site topology.
• Manage ADFS for federated authentication and SSO, and Microsoft Entra ID for conditional access and hybrid identity (Entra Connect).
• Manage Exchange Server / Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, transport rules and distribution groups.
• Administer and troubleshoot internal and external DNS.
• Monitor the health, performance and security of AD and identity infrastructure.
• Plan and execute upgrades, migrations and patching across AD, ADFS, Exchange and related systems.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, identity and connectivity issues.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and runbooks, collaborate with security, network and helpdesk teams, and join the on-call rotation as needed.

You will work closely with the security, network and helpdesk teams to resolve complex authentication and connectivity issues and deliver upgrades and migrations.
